Too hard to get ahold of customer service there's no way for you to request a refund on the site and all your prices are way too expensive

They do NO matching at all. They don't care what you like or what you want. They'll throw women at you until they find one that just by chance you get along with or you give up. But when your "program" ends, you can sign up for the next level and they are sure to find someone for you...

Life is not complete without a life partner and they are offering a splendid platform to find a true love of life. Last year when signed up for oksanalove services I didn't have much hope of finding the one. I was random throwing money at dating sites for the mere chance of chatting. And the random girls I chatted with never lasted long, even when she was interested I stepped back. I was afraid of commitment I guess, or too much of a romantic for the sharky seas of online dating. However, oksanalove is a little bit better, it has warmer ambient and after few weeks I started chatting almost only on oksanalove videochats. There I met a beautiful woman. We are still dating. I have a feeling she could be the one. So don't lose hope

Banned for making a suggestion Whatever you do don't try and help the site, I tried to make a suggestion, staff member disagreed with me and banned me from the whole site without explanation or even a response at all! When trying to log in it told me that I had violated the terms and conditions. So I read the entire thing, I didn't violate anything! Extremely unprofessional.

The pricing scheme of Oksana Love is quite confusing. They offer you the membership for a fee but in order to enjoy its services like the three-way call and the exchange of emails, you need to top off your account with additional credits.
