I've had a really positive experience with this site. The quality of matches has been generally high, and I feel that the profiles represent individuals sincerely looking for meaningful connections. The interface is easy to navigate, making the search and communication processes straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would recommend this site to others looking for serious dating. It doesn't earn a full five stars due to the occasional slow response from support, but it's certainly close!"

I'm sympathetic to all these people having a bad experience on dating, but I can't relate to any of it. I've been on the site off and on for years and never had a problem. Women write me, I write them, we exchanged numbers, and I go on dates. From my perspective, it works exactly the way a dating site is supposed to.

My rating would be a zero. This is the most deceitful and crooked company I have ever dealt with. There is no way one can call them and speak to someone. You can only send a complaint form to fill out. It is scanned for key words and then you get some "help" according to the word they believe to be the problem. They don't even read the complaint forms. What a shoddy place to do business with. They are not concerned about their reputation at all. All they care about is scamming their customers.

Fraud. This company used my profile long after I quit the site (I kept receiving letters and winks, etc. after I officially quit), then sent me a letter in an attempt to use me to deceive potential customers for their financial gain. The letter came from this site marketing department and they are asking for my picture that they may use in their campaign. It also states that I will waive any rights to it, once submitted.

blackcupid is unquestionably superior to many other dating apps and offers a bit more. The thing with me on how to use the app is what works and what does not. You have to do a lot of trial and error to find things out. Am I ready for this? I hope so.

You get to meet people from all different areas of the world, not just your state. I love the variety and ease of use with the website. Best dating app thus far. Would only like to see that users information stays up to date. Most people age are wrong, not sure why that is.

I hate that my info is out there now. So many fake men, fake places they live, fake conversations.... this is part of the reason why I am still single. It's already hard for a Black Queen to find her King, and this site is ridiculous! I would not recommend it to anyone! I am gonna stop at that.....

If you want to talk to people you gotta pay. Also you cant put any personal info in your profile or they suspend you. They really try to control you in what you put on your profile because they want you to pay. They attract "free" people to boost their profiles and "users" but it's all a joke unless your paying.

Really good, a few glitches here and there (account disappears to other profile users and then reappears) but it does connect you to a wide range of people. Don't mean to come across as racist but you do see non black people on this which kind of defeats the whole purpose of getting matched to "black singles" there is other apps catered to interracial dating etc...
