“ripped off”

I thought I was signing up for three months and some how I was signed up for a year! I immediately tried to cancel and couldn’t. I disputed it in my AMEX and they won. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money.

I thought I was signing up for three months and some how I was signed up for a year! I immediately tried to cancel and couldn’t. I disputed it in my AMEX and they won. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money.

“its very amazing for me ”

I was amazed at how quickly I connected with someone who I like and really likes me. The best thing to do is to keep messaging people you like until one of them responds well. Then the conversation rolls between the two of you, just like it did for me in the end. We have now progressed to the next stage. It's the best outcome I could of hoped for.

I was amazed at how quickly I connected with someone who I like and really likes me. The best thing to do is to keep messaging people you like until one of them responds well. Then the conversation rolls between the two of you, just like it did for me in the end. We have now progressed to the next stage. It's the best outcome I could of hoped for.

“Ridiculous site ”

I was on this site for a while with a subscription. Without paying you can't answer other members properly you just get silly one liners that don't give any clue to your personality. With subscription you are encouraged to contact others, take the initiative. The majority of members don't have subscriptions, ergo they can't answer you so effectively you have a very narrow range of choices. The site also advertises your profile on its sister sites. There are quite a few. If someone sees you on those, even if they have a subscription on that site they can't send self written messages to the other sites. Surely this is false advertising. And it is you who is being advertised! There are much better sites with less prescriptive ways of self description. I think that they should say what percentage of their membership are able to make contact, isn't that just what dating is about?

“ Disappointing ”

As a man on this site I thought the ladies would at least contact me but that didn't happen, I had to do all the contacting. Makes me think ladies didn't trust the site. Would have like more personalized profiles, there was far too much use of Saga's own wording 'stylish in my own way'. Were many of the contacts actual full members. If you contacted a lady they would reply 'I'm not a full member'. It was quite easy to chat to ladies who were full members though.

I forked out the usual twenty something pounds to find that there are very few profiles in my specified radius and although I said photographs only, LOADS of the profiles have no picture attached. I have not been offered a refund, even though I was only on the site for a few days.

“Over detailed enrollment, awkward attitude to photos”

Long winded enrollment with too many restricted answers. Will not show photos until they have a profile photo they approve of, don't know if it's a troublesome employee or fatuous policy but gaining approval can be a nightmare,and worse still, they don't give reasons for rejection or even tell you it has been rejected. Their guidance only says a clear head and shoulders shot yet they reject such photos(some shots on site are quite indistinct and worse than ones I had dismissed so not even consistent). It can take an age and a complaint to get anything accepted. Looking through the site I see many entries with blanked photos but an indication that one or more photos exist. ,Without photos you are wasting your time. There are many less intrusive and awkward sites, use one of those and do not waste time and money on this one.
