“Do not waste your money here”

After the first few matches (disappointing even being very open-minded) I emailed them to ask for a refund because I thought based on the few months' experience what they promised me was not possible. No one from customer service contacted me.

I have tried a few dating sites over the past few years. This the first dating site that contacted me. Wanting to know how my search is going. It really cares about it's clients. I am so very happy that I joined. And now, after a few months, I have found my soulmate! Thank you.

I have tried a few dating sites over the past few years. This the first dating site that contacted me. Wanting to know how my search is going. It really cares about it's clients. I am so very happy that I joined. And now, after a few months, I have found my soulmate! Thank you.

By far much more customer assistance than i ever expected, The staff checks with you to make sure that everything is going well, they offer suggestions to improve the possibility of meeting someone, and the services on the site are the first i have actually felt was worth the paid membership

“fake profiles”

Nothing but fake profiles all they do is keep asking you for money look at the other peoples reviews you get good looking people to send you a message and then when you return the message you never get another reply all they're trying to do is get your money I doubt there's very few real people online everybody's on the payroll

Nothing but fake profiles all they do is keep asking you for money look at the other peoples reviews you get good looking people to send you a message and then when you return the message you never get another reply all they're trying to do is get your money I doubt there's very few real people online everybody's on the payroll

“Pathetic company with the worst customer services going!”

After inputting all your details and preferences, you get a message saying that you have to reply to an email they have sent you but they do not send the email. After several attempts in asking for the email to be resent, I contacted the sites support email and explained I was not receiving the conformation email. Their reply? "We sent it" with a lot of patronizing "help" on checking spam folders etc. I have just told you I haven't received it. Another email sent and their reply was that my email provider must be deleting the email. Really? I use a secure email provider that does not delete emails automatically. So, I sent another email, asking which address they sent the email from so I could contact my email provider and check if anything had been sent to me from said address. MySingleFriend's reply "We sent the email to [insert personal email address here]. By this point I had had enough so I emailed back and asked for all my details to be removed (as per GDPR), but I have not received any reply, as per GDPR law. Better still is that every email I now send to them is returned, marked as "spam".

This approach not only avoids people writing half truths about themselves, ensuring members on mysinglefriend.com are more real. But it also takes away the pain of creating your own profile. It doesn't necessarily to create a profile to actually search and view members, which makes it easier to check the site out. Also the profiles that do exist are more authentic than on most sites.
