disappointed with my experience on this site. The site itself is not user-friendly; navigating through profiles and settings can be confusing and time-consuming. Additionally, the design feels outdated compared to other dating apps I've used, which detracts from the overall experience. Overall, this site needs significant improvements in technology, customer care, and event management to truly offer a premium dating experience.

This site is probably one of the better dating sites but that doesn't mean it's great. I have found it to be a very frustrating experience. What's frustrating is that, like other sites, they present matches who are no longer paying members so there's an illusion that a member has many more matches than is actually the case.

I received several harassing emails laced with profanity after posting what I was looking for in a potential match. I asked nicely and politely about children (I don't have any and don't want to deal with others' baggage). I also asked that they should be employed and make at least six-figures as I do and be a Conservative to Republican. Is that too much to ask for? I got all these emails from obese, hideous, and unemployed or making significantly less money than me. Insecure men are calling me a ** and worse.

I checked into dating services in my area. They didn't have anything to offer for what I was looking for as far as dating. Now, I can't get them to stop emailing me. I am not interested in there services, and never subscribed to any services. But they will not stop. I feel violated and I am being harassed several times a day as I keep receiving emails. They allow people to advertise on there post of profile that they do recreational drugs. I am fed up with this company that insists on emailing me several times a day when I'm not even a member. I would appreciate some help with this matter.

Dont trust all the negative reviews you see here, I have been using this website for a while and I haven't received any of the things they mentioned, the quality of searches could be better though but overall its a good site. Keep your chin up and keep searching. You'll eventually find the one that's right for you or a bunch of people for you.

Beware if you join BlackSingles.com for they have a problem with scammers hacking their site and posing as members. I have tried numerous times to have them explain to me how they'll allow these individuals to join the site and send out messages to other members before they're eventually removed from the site. No one from BlackSingles.com has address my question. And yet they can take my membership fee and not address the growing problem they're having with these scammers. They clearly have security issues on their site and have failed to address them. Many of the members choose to use fake photos and while BlackSingles.com has to approve of these photo before posting them, they fail to notice that most are fake until you bring it to their attention. There are much better dating sites that reduces your chances of being scammed or having to deal with fake profiles, BlackSingles.com isn't one of them.

High quality dating site for people of color primarily. Visited as a non-paying member initially, but learned to manipulate the requirements for me. Met my fiance on BlackSingles, distance pose(es/d) challenges, but is the premier sight for Aftican Americans and those desiring to interact with same. The folks @ BlackSingles.com are extremely diligent, accountable, and responsible. They will block and remove undesireables and violators promptly. I still occasionally stop by to check on events, exchange ideas, etc.

This company continues to use my credit card even though I turned off the auto renewal. For two months they have turned the renewal on and told me I didn't turn it off. This must be how they make their money, being fraudulent. I'm turning them in to the State Attorney General's office. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SITE!! They will continue to take it from your card. There are no subscribers of substance/quality, and the navigation of the site is terrible. I will NEVER be a member again.

I saw quite a few links on the internet saying that I could browse free of charge. As soon as I clicked to start browsing it said fill in your profile and then before i could browse it demanded money for a 3 day membership. I didnt want to but obliged. 3 days later when I wanted to come off the website as I went through page after page saying do you definitely want to come off, it suddenly offered me premium membership. So in the end I accepted.when i logged in the next day it told me that i had basic membership and this was free of charge. i then emailed them twice to ask why they did not honour the premium membership offer and they have not explained why. I can't recommend them.
