The email support is bogus. I fail to see why all customers have not received refunds and this website has not been taken down. If someone likes you after you purchase a premium membership, you can only send one message and must purchase credit. to carry on the discussion

Many free dating applications are available that increase the likelihood of meeting someone compatible. Avoid the false promises made on this website. Go somewhere else; you deserve better with your time and money! It seemed like a haphazard choice rather than a methodical strategy.

What can I say… This site will be good for you if you're okay w/ dating people in & out of your area. I tried texting locals, but there were too few of them around. Maybe it's just me, as I see many people are totally ok & satisfied w/ the site. (I'm just sharing my own thoughts here.) Apart from that, can say I'm enjoying this dating service.

If you're single, then this dating site will change it. This is a really great site for all singles. Here, the priority is the quality of customer service. Namely, a support service that works constantly. I saw several fake profiles, but I contacted support and they solved this problem!
