Hate automatic rolling subscriptions. If a customers subscription runs out then email him/her a warning, pause their profile and if they don't respond then delete their account but do NOT take more money from them. Also email them if they have not access their account for 30 days.

If you are looking for your life partner who understands you like no one else than you should make your account on dreampal.com like me. Yes, it is technically free to join. But most users with a free membership have a hard time getting the most out of the site. If you're using Dreampal free, you might find that you have restricted access or limited options when it comes to some of the site's most important features, like messaging. The site is also full of noisy and distracting ads. This is such a big pain for me.
